United Bank allows users of the UB mobile banking applications, as well as online banking through website sign-on, to request removal of their online banking profile. Please follow the steps below to request the removal of your online banking profile:
- Log in to your online banking account via the United Bank website or mobile application
- Navigate to “Messaging”
- Select “General Questions” as the subject
- Request removal/deletion of your online banking profile in the body of the message
Important information regarding data retention below:
United Bank retains all account information (except for bill pay and transfer history) for 6 days after the online profile is removed. This is for recovery of data and setting preference in the case that the profile is recreated within that span of time. After 6 days, all previous data and setting for the online profile will be lost.
