What does the partnership with United mean?
The partnership has created an exciting opportunity for Town-Country United Bank and United Bank to expand products, services and capabilities to continue to strengthen and support our customers and community.
Will current products and services still be offered?
We will still be offering the foundational banking products and services you are accustomed to using. And as United Bank, there will be some enhanced products and services available to you.
Will your hours of operation change?
No changes are planned in hours of operation.
Will fees change?
The latest fee structure that was mailed to customers on August 1, 2024, by Town-Country United Bank will remain the same.
Will I still be able to contact bank employees who helped me for years?
Our Camden staff will continue to be available to you to help you with your banking needs.
Will the bank contact information change?
Nothing will change at this time. You will be able to use the same mailing address, phone number, and email of your favorite Town-Country United Bank banker.
Will my online banking experience change?
You will still use the same login credentials to access your account at TCUBank.com.
Will my checks and debit cards still work?
Account numbers, routing numbers, checks, and debit cards will all remain operational and will not change.
How will this affect my current loans?
No changes will be made to your loan balance, rates, or repayment schedule. Please continue to make your scheduled payments as usual at our Camden branch, any United Bank branch, or through online banking.
Will I be able to use United Bank ATMs?
Yes. Town-Country United Bank customers already have access to the United Bank ATM network.
Will funds availability times change (same day deposit available)?
Town-Country United Bank Funds Availability policy will not change. For questions related to our Funds Availability Policy, please contact your local Town-Country United Bank banker.
How will the community benefit from the partnership?
As a community bank, we understand that for a community to prosper there must be an alignment of resources invested into building relationships. Work is already underway to immediately partner with community leaders to actively participate in community service projects, programs and sponsorships supporting local organizations and clubs.
